Marilyn works in a Pre-K classroom in Miami-Dade, and tutors kindergarten readiness and early literacy one child at a time. She is bilingual, trained as a classroom paraprofessional, and trained in behavior support — so a shy reader or a wiggly five-year-old is not a surprise to her.

Is this only for kids who are behind?
No. Most families come for extra practice and confidence, not because a child is struggling.
Do you teach in Spanish too?
Yes — sessions can run mostly in English, mostly in Spanish, or a mix, based on what works for your child.
